Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order, carefully packaged and shipped with secure, trackable delivery.

All standard shipments include:

• Delivery confirmation
• Shipment insurance
• Signature required upon delivery

This ensures safe and traceable international delivery.

Express Shipping

For faster delivery we also offer DHL Express shipping.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

- Absolutely! 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes are possible only before the order has been shipped.


 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

- Each piece of jewelry is MADE TO ORDER, so please allow us 3 - 5 business days to create it for you. 

>> EU orders : 
Approximately 2 - 7 business days (depending on your location). 

>> United States : 
DHL Express: 2–3 business days

>> Rest of the world : 
Approximately 7 - 14 business days (depending on your location). 
DHL Express: faster delivery available


Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, postal delays, holidays, or other global logistics factors.

 LOST PACKAGES 

- Package is considered as officially lost if it doesn’t reach it’s destination within 21 days from posting date and tracking does not work. 

- I will fill the claim about the lost on my own. 

- All packages are insured and I hold all the responsibility for the claim. 

- While the claim is being processed I will contact you to see if you prefer a refund or your order to be resend to your address (whatever works for you).

- If your package was returned to me as unclaimed I will contact you for further information on delivery (or cancellation of your order). 


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES


>> Cancellation of your order : 
Available only before sending your order out OR after it’s been returned to my address (unclaimed & the content of the package must be in perfect condition) 
Refund will be made after this (shipping will not be included in a refund if your package returned to me unclaimed). 

>> Redelivery :

Redelivery of an unclaimed package can be arranged.

Please contact us and we will provide the exact shipping cost for resending your order.


IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
